UPDATED 2020 VERSION! Gorgeous Spellbook journal. "Skin" was sculpted by hand, cast in latex, then hand painted to give it a deathly human leather look to it. interior is mulchy, thick paper in a deep natural woody tone to give it a more ancient look. There are 2 versions to choose from, both have 200 pages Version 1: has 74 various illustrations and magic spells just like in the movie! the rest are blank, so can be used as a diary, sketchbook, or to continue adding spells in. I know it says 36 pages but Amazon wont let me change the Variation title. Version 2: Has 200 unique illustrations throughout the entire book! Product Dimensions: Interior pages about 8.25 x 10.75". Exterior about 8.5 x 11 x 1.2" thick.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect out of this purchase, but I could not be happier with the book!The cover is soft latex so it has a feeling of weathered skin. Every page is filled with detailed drawings and writings seen in the movies and show.I will say that some of the pages are duplicates of each other, and one page looks a bit pixelated, but honestly, it’s not that big of a deal to me.With just a bit of simple customizing (adding a few drawings of my own, burning the edges of the pages, etc.), this is a great display piece for any collector who enjoys the Evil Dead franchise!!
