I bought a bunch of Hal Leonard Jazz play along books that came with CDs about 7 years ago. Mostly they were unusable because the tempi of the music was way too fast. Even way faster that the original recordings by jazz giants, and also the drums were were WAYYYY TOO LOUD. Drummer was cracking the hell out his snare and everything else it was awful and bombastic. Happy to report that sounds much better. I took away one star for th3 poor choice of acoustic piano. This music should be played with Fender Rhodes.
