This food dehydrator is extremely user friendly, very easy to clean, and since we don't use a microwave, it fits and looks perfect on our kitchen counter. The horizontal airflow dries everything evenly and I love that we can watch the process through the oval viewing window. The built in LED digital control panel, digital temperatures preset settings range from 68º F to 194º F (20-90℃), with a countdown timer up to 24 hours, provides accurate drying times and temperatures to make it super easy. My wife and I started drying everything. From fruit which taste so sweet and healthy, to veggies and even started making our own jerky. It comes with a great recipe book filled with awesome ideas. Thank youThis food dehydrator is easy to use, easy to clean, looks like a stylish tiny microwave, and just all around works really well. I've dried fruits, veg, leftover sourdough bread starter, and some flowers and leaves for art projects.It runs quietly and (so far) quite consistently. The interior is similar to an oven with lips in the side walls onto which you can move the removable shelves to accommodate thicker or thinner foods or flora.The booklet has cooking temps and times, and it's really easy to find info about that online for all kinds of foods.It also included 2 pieces of mesh to lay onto 2 shelves so you can make fruit leather, but I have not yet tried making that yet. Kind of waiting on my fruit trees to bloom.In another year or two, who knows, I may change my mind. But as for now, I am very pleased with it. We're getting a fruit and veg garden started so I'll be using it a lot more next year, but I just had the itch to go ahead and get it when I did. Corn is very cheap at the moment and I really love dried corn in salads.I use this everyday. I dehydrate all my garden harvest. I love that you can see how the food is doing with out opening it. The best part is you get it going and can walk away and it turns off when done. The LED light is a nice surprise. I recommend this dehydrator. Haven’t tried meat yet but will be soon.Always wanted a dehydrator machine so I finally got one after comparing several other models. The machine received is very well made, sleek and not super heavy which is good. The size is about roughly the same as a microwave.I followed a recipe online to make a three times steamed and dehydrated apple slices that was popular on the internet. I chopped my apples into slices then rotated between dehydrating and steaming them for about 30 mins each for three rounds. The result was quite devious, it was slightly juicy while still retaining all the apples own flavors. Was sad that I didn’t more. I’m planning to use the machine to make dried orange slices dipped in white chocolate which has also been very popular for a long time but haven’t gotten to try. I wasn’t able to buy fresh oranges so I was planning to wait til summer to make them. I like how the box came with a small full colored recipe book that has really good instructions and ideas on how to use the machine such as watermelon, kiwis, blueberries, fruit rolls and meat jerkies.It came with 6 trays which is really nice as you can make a larger quantity at once. Also came with 2 mats, 2 containers and 2 set of silicone glove.The machine is very quiet when running and you can set up the temperature and time to run. The maximum temperature goes only to 190F. Even running at the highest temperature, the outside stays cool and I feel safe and not worried that it’ll catch on fire. There is also a light function so you can see the inside when running which is so cool.Overall, I think this is a good buy. I’m hoping to make more stuff with this machine and share it with my family and friendsI don't have a lot of counter space so this is perfect size. Easy to use and instructions are clear. Cleaning was easy also.I belong to a large gym and despite their membership size and healthy cash flow, many cable machine handles and the double pull down handles in particular are hard to find when it's busy and some of them are junk. So I bought my own. See the pro/con below on the model with the articulating attachment point:Pro:-Heavy duty, well made. Will last for a LONG time-Welds are solid and it looks like a very professional gym handle-Simple to use, great for ab pull downs, chest pulls and many other cable machine exercisesCon:-The handles are deeply knurled. They are WAY too sharp - the points on the knurls are very uncomfortable under intermediate to heavy loads. They actually left impressions in my hands and I lift 6 days a week for 2 hours a day without gloves and have well developed callouses.-You have two choices with this handle. Wear gym gloves OR file down the points on the knurls. I chose the latter using a Roloc pad on a die grinder and a small hand file for hard to reach areas. I suspect this handle would tear up lifting gloves in short order so filing the points seemed like the best choice for me. That approach worked perfectly. You could just use a hand file if you don't have a compressor and die grinder or similar set up. Once I took the points off the knurls, the handle was perfect. It gripped wll but was no longer like an S&M device.One other suggestion if you use this handle in a public gym is to put a personalized mark on it. I stamped my initials into the handle with a hardened steel lettering kit I have for stamping letters and numbers into metal. I also let the folks at the desk know I was bringing in my own handle and I keep the Amazon receipt in my bag so they don't think I'm ripping them off. My gym has Cybex machine antiques for cable attachments and it would be impossible to steal anything remotely new but better to be prepared. The first order didn’t have the trays included but they replaced it for me with no issue. It is easy to clean and easy to use. Recommend.
