Arrived with all the included supplies. Safely and on time.I have ordered 2. This way I can transfer one into a clean jar when the 1st one gets too messy to assess.I have used these now for 1 week. I have not had an issue. I chose to cut and tape a silicone placemat under the glass to protect the bottom from cracking every time you pick it up/set it down. I think a silicone bottom would upgrade this product - as a suggestion to the product owners.In hindsite , I don't think I needed a jar this jar for my 1x a week bread making. It's just me and my husband. No fault of the jar, just a learning lesson. But, I do like the jar, it makes me feel professional and it has an intended purpose.
